Take control of your work and document your cable pulls with our new ‘logger,’ which provides complete data on applied pulling force and pulling speed throughout the entire operation.
Enter a reference/ID before starting the pull, and once the work is completed, the data is exported as an image and CSV file. The log can then be sent to the client and/or stored on a selected drive for documentation. The device can store at least 50 pulls, allowing multiple operations before data export is required.
Compatibility
The ‘logger’ can be applied to – and is compatible with – our winches 3200, 3300, and 3400, as well as the combination winches 2103 and 2104. (Retrofitting is also possible.)
Benefits for the User
Send the report to the client to verify that the work has been carried out in compliance with cable manufacturer regulations. Even if not all projects require this, it ensures that any potential future complications cannot be attributed to the pulling process itself.
Benefits for the Client
Avoid unnecessary rework and minimize the risk of future outages due to a cable pull exceeding the maximum permissible pulling force. This is already an industry standard in many countries (Germany, Norway, etc.) and is likely to become a requirement in Sweden as well.
